  • 1. How does the monthly payment option work?

    You can spread the cost of your music lessons over the term by paying monthly instead of upfront. While this option is slightly more expensive, it makes payments more manageable. The amount varies based on the number of lessons scheduled each month, accounting for holidays and midterm breaks.

  • 2. Who is eligible for the monthly payment option?

    Any customer can opt for monthly payments. To do so, you must leave your credit or debit card details securely on file. Your card will be debited automatically at the start of each month for the upcoming lessons.

  • 3. How do I sign up for monthly payments?

    You can choose the monthly payment option during online enrollment or by informing our admin team. We'll set up the payment plan for you.

  • 4. Is there a minimum commitment period?

    Yes, you are committing to the full term of lessons, even if you opt for the monthly payment plan. The term length varies depending on the specific program.

  • 5. What payment methods are accepted?

    We only accept Credit or Debit card payments for the monthly option. You can add your card details via the student portal or have a member of the admin team assist you.

  • 6. When are payments deducted?

    Payments are generally deducted on the 1st of each month, although this may vary slightly. You will receive an automated invoice when the payment is processed.

  • 7. Are there any extra fees with monthly payments?

    Yes, there is an additional charge of €2 per class for the monthly payment option:

    Standard 30-minute private lessons are €28.95 (compared to €26.95 with pre-payment).

    Duet group classes are €19.15 (compared to €17.15 with pre-payment).

    3+ group classes for drums and guitar (under 18s) are €17.35 (compared to €15.35 with pre-payment).

  • 8. What happens if I miss a payment?

    If a payment is missed, you have 7 days to complete it. After that, you may lose your lesson slot and will still be responsible for paying for any missed lessons during that period.Description goes here

  • 9. Can I cancel or pause my monthly payments?

    No, monthly payments do not mean you are on a month-to-month terms. You are committing to the full term of lessons and simply paying for them over several months.

  • 10. Are refunds available if I stop lessons before the term ends?

    No, we do not offer refunds if you decide to stop lessons before the end of the term.

  • 11. Will I be notified before a payment is deducted?

    Yes, you will receive an automated invoice when the payment is generated. Once the invoice is sent, your payment will be deducted.Description goes here

    Yes, you can access all your payment history and future payments under the "Account" tab in the student portal.Description goes here

  • 13. How is my payment information protected?

    Your payment details are securely stored through our scheduling system, MyMusicStaff, which complies with GDPR guidelines. Payments are processed via Stripe, which follows strict regulations for online payment processors.

  • 14. What happens at the end of the term?

    Before the start of a new term, you will receive a notification to rebook your time, place, and teacher with a €50 deposit per student/per instrument. The deposit will be automatically applied to your next cycle of monthly payments. If you fail to make the deposit by the deadline, you may lose your slot.

  • 15. Can I still get discounts if I pay monthly?
